Nile Capital is a new emerging group founded in 2009 as a sister company of IT ventures and IT Investments group, Nile Capital builds on the successful and long experience of IT ventures through 17 years as a private equity fund manager in technology and knowledge sectors, based in Cairo.

Nile Capital Group has evolved from IT Ventures Company which in 1999 led the formation and placement of the first regional ICT Information and Communications Technology" Private Equity under the name "IT Investments Fund" -The Fund had committed capital of US$110M, AUM of US$200M and focused on Information, Communication, and Technology companies, The Fund made 45 investments in a period of 5 years, and has made 34 realizations to date.

Nile capital manage and promote investments in targeted sectors that include;" Media, Education, Healthcare, Industry, Agriculture, Services, Consumer Durables, Infrastructure, and others" in the MENA Region, focusing on:

•   o Management of Investment Funds providing Growth Capital for the development of established, growing companies.
•   o Management Buy-Outs, in partnership with proven entrepreneurial management teams.
•   o Developing Public Private Partnerships to accelerate implementation of major infrastructure projects.
