Led the formulation, design and delivery of legislation data base which include the constitution, the laws, the presidential decrees, the cabinet decrees, the ministerial decrees, the court rulings, the Azhar fatwa, etc. The laws and Legislations go back to 1824 and up-to-date. This database is considered the first of its kind in a country after the US. The project was implemented in seven years starting 1987. The outcome of the project includes: a database (updated daily), a full library (1st of it's kind), a thesaurus, an Internet based platform and a reform program.
