Led the formulation of vision, strategy and implementation of a nation wide plan for recording of culture heritage and historic objects. The first project aimed at recording all objects at the Egyptian museum. More than 282 thousand objects were recorded with full description that was validated and verified from old cataloging and five images were captured for each object. The initiative scope over a decade of implementation covered: a) museums (Islamic, Coptic, Greco-Roman, etc); b) Manuscripts (Dar Elkotob, and many national libraries); c) the historic sites; d) old and Islamic Cairo; e) music including all old Arabic music (A comprehensive center was institutionalized at the opera House), f) films/ movies; g) traditional folklore.
