Led reform of Public Sector Information Center to a state-of-the-art then organization that is capable of providing all financial, production, manpower and market information. The center became the main source for public sector data and its monthly performance. The world experience base and lessons learned in privatization were mobilized including successes and failures. Also participated in public and stakeholder awareness and societal education program for public sector reform and formulating of privatization law.
