Led the building of national databases for companies and commercial entities in Egypt from 1934-97 (more than 1.8 million entities). In addition, he guided building a data base for industrial registrar and the then public sector companies. The aim of this program was to build an informed, competitive and transparent Egypt (markets, business, public and governments).
