Led an initiative to formulate and implement an intellectual property initiative for the newly emerging Information society. The initiative include major public awareness programs, best practice program (in collaboration with WIPO-the World Intellectual Property Organization), formulation of a new IPR legislation, establishing a National Software Depository Center, and a training capacity for law enforcement for police ,general attorney office and department of justice.
