Led national program to modernize and automate government services to all Egyptians. This includes business and information reengineering of services, facility upgrading, automation, training, management systems, service pricing, legislations amendments, etc. The program included improving services in critical and demanding areas such as commercial registration, industrial registrar, the civil ID authority, authority of motor vehicle and traffic, building permits, property tax, VAT (Sales Tax), utilities (water), provincial and local tax, investment offices and notary public. This massive reform program was a base for modern Egypt.
