Set the idea and the implementation plan of the Cabinet Information and Decision Support Center as well as supervising the execution of all project stages which accomplish the following achievements:

- Establishing the Infrastructure of the Information & Decision Support in the Cabinet
- Supporting the establishment of the centers of Decision Support in various government locations
- Contributing to the giant national projects for the information infrastructure
- Establishing the bases of the national information among different sectors
- Training many cadres in the field of information technology and decision support in Egypt
